Would you like to perform at the David Hall ?

During the forthcoming year, the Hall is making a number of slots in its calendar available for events outside its own programme.

We want to encourage a broader range of event at the Hall to reflect its increasing importance as a top quality venue. Interested parties - bands, promoters and artists, are being offered the opportunity to work with our publicity events team to put on entertainment at low risk to themselves whilst obtaining the benefit of a professional venue.

The David Hall will :-
Handle ticket sales via its box office and web booking system.
Organise bar services, stage lighting, P.A. etc.
Organise stewarding at the event
Promote the concert through this web site and (time permitting) the 6 monthly printed programme.

Fees - Just £150 or 40% of the box office (less P.A. hire) - whichever is the greater
Artist to provide own publicity materials, unless otherwise agreed with the Hall.

Restrictions
The Hall is determined to maintain its reputation as a high quality arts venue and therefore does reserve the right to refuse events which it considers unsuitable for its programme
Private promotions will be restricted to one per month maximum and will be refused if they clash with hall events.
