Ticket bookingWe offer various ways in which you can purchase your tickets. At the Box Office. Open Weds and Fri from 11 am to 2pm. ON LINE You can book and pay for your tickets via this web site. Click the 'Full Calendar' button on the left of the screen to see a list of every forthcoming event then click on the one you're interested in. Enter the number of tickets required, then press the 'add this to my cart' button. These will be recorded in your 'shopping basket'. You can order tickets for several events if you wish. When you are done, click on the 'go to check out' button and follow the instructions. If you have made a mistake you can delete your order there. You can ONLY pay us on-line via Paypal (we can't take credit cards directly). Paypal is an internationally recognised web payment service. It is totally secure and means that your ticket is instantly paid for and reserved in your name. You will receive a confirmatory email with your booking reference order number on it. On the night of the event, please bring along a copy of your confirmatory email or give your name and booking number to the person on the desk and they will be happy to give you your ticket. PLEASE NOTE - We do not send tickets out by post under this system. It IS ticketless. The first time you order a ticket for an event, you will be asked to do two things. Payment charge. In common with most other on-line payment systems, we have to make a charge for the convenience of booking on-line. This is not so that we make extra profits - far from it. Paypal charge us a fee based on a percentage of the total ticket cost. On average it now costs us £1.60 to process an on-line booking so we have had to recently increase our charge to £1.50 to help offset this (sorry). As a non-profit making charity, we can't afford any unneccessary overheads. Returns. In common with all other theatres, our policy on unwanted tickets is that we will only accept tickets for resale AFTER all other tickets have been sold at the box office. |
